Fitness First - Office
The design of the 'Fitness First' office based in Berlin by Kinzo Architekten had a ‘sports field’ inspired concept. The design had an emphasis on lightweight materials with a gymnasium style aesthetic. The office zoning reflected a sports field, with each area having a functionality and purpose, for example the 'half time' zone was the break area, and the conference area that was used for team discussions was the 'goal zone'.
For this project I assisted with the zoning concept, as well as designed a flexible stool for the meeting and teamwork areas, which was made out of a lightweight wood that could be easily stacked away.
